Task: Redesign the landing page of the Jewelers Mutual Group site to incorporate rebranding and enhance the clients overall experience.
Team: Worked as a UI/UX Design intern alongside a team of designers and project managers.
Project Duration: 1.5 weeks

Who uses Jewelers Mutual?
Jewelers Mutual Group is an establishment which primarily serves jewelers, jewelry businesses, and individual consumers who own valuable items. Manufacturers, designers, and consumers rely on insurance to protect their inventory, assets, and equipment.
Let's set some goals!
The primary objective of this redesign is to enhance usability and efficiency of the dashboard page in order to promote a seamless experience for the users. The focus here is to optimize key features and improve overall user satisfaction.
Alongside my team and the clients commentary, we crafted a list of problems with the existing dashboard and how we can solve them.

Sketch Ideation
I created 3 sketches based on our goals and the problems we wanted to solve.

Based on the 3 sketches, we decided that option 3 seemed the most efficient.
Next the mid-fidelity wireframe was crafted to give us an idea of how the details would appear with this formatting.

Final Design
After receiving feedback on my mid fidelity design, two recommendations where implemented into the final product.
1. Reminders of payment for users
2. A quicker way for the user to list an item onto a marketplace

If there were more time I would have taken the time to dive into each feature set of the site and be able to test the design with users for feedback. By gaining more information, my team could have provided more valuable insights and design implementations based on the insurance industry's best practices. It brought me great satisfaction to see our identified problems get solved and create a design which expresses the desired solutions efficiently.
